Just to clear things up…
Following a cock up on my part, the RSS feeds for this site showed only the copyright notice yesterday. I had inadvertently published a blank “Quick Spins” template before putting in the text. This meant that the output in your feed reader was this:

Sorry for that; pure incompetence. However, one of my readers emailed me to tell me that this means he would no longer be able to read my blog as he reads using Bloglines. So do I and as far as I am concerned a “news aggregator” includes web based services such as Bloglines.
Just to be clear; fair use (cutting and pasting quotes for the purposes of discussion) are not affected by my copyright notices. Reading via any form of RSS reader is not affected. What is affected is scraped content used on splogs. I can’t stop the slimy bastards scraping my content and using it to peddle porn (as happened last year) but I can at least make it clear that the content is stolen.
