So Max Mosely has won his case. This is good news for privacy and anything that is bad for the News of the World is good for the rest of us. It is unfortunate that punitive damages were not awarded. One would like to think that these sleazy parasites will learn from this experience, but, somehow, I doubt it. |

Cool. What would have been even cooler, is if he’d paid some of that £60k for a few scantily dressed girls to meet him outside Court, for him to boldly explain what they were going to spend the next few hours doing.
I hear that the judge has promised to lend his wig and gown to Max for his next party. 🙂
This was always a case of “intersting to the public but not in the public interest”. I’m with you, they should have crippled the NOTW with punitive damages.
Good for Mosley. Pity they weren’t hit in the pocket to a far larger tune.
