Out and about in the garden, Berenike demonstrates that cats are not always elegant creatures.
Meanwhile, Guido is still with us and we still have no idea where he came from. He seems to have attached himself to me following me about when I’m in the garden and snuggling up to me when I’m in bed. I don’t know what I’ve done to deserve it…
This year I’ve been trying out fuchsia with some success:
Alice Hoffman:
Delta Sarah:
Orange Drops:
President Barrie Nash:
Lady Boothby
Dollar princess:
Carmel Blue:
Those photo’s are all lovely apart from the first, the bit of paper in the left hand side sort of ruins it.
I like “Orange drops” best because there is the greatest range between “in focus stuff in the foreground” and “blurred stuff in the background”.
Mrs Bucko grew some like in your first pic in a pot in the front garden. They had been in bloom for about a week when a huge downpour flattened them and they never recovered.
Yours look great. We never really had a green finger between us. We are better at flags an patio furniture.
MW that’s a plant label. Not a lot I could do about it without disturbing the cat, which would have defeated the object of the exercise. As it was, I cropped as much as I could.
OK … In the front garden …
He’s got bigger since that photo, and now masses ~ 4.65 kg
With regard to Berenike – you try looking dignified when cleaning between your legs…. lovely pics.
Frankly, these are fabulous. Wasn’t expecting these.
