Apple has lost its appeal against a UK ruling that Samsung had not infringed its design rights.
Good. It would be nice to think that this will be an end to this ridiculous aggressive litigation over patents. It won’t though. For now, I’ll content myself that one of the bullies has gone away with a bloody nose. It’s almost enough to make me want to go out and buy a Samsung product. Almost…
