If I was this person’s neighbour, and had observed the curtain twitching, I would be out doing after dark gardening double digging, taking delivery of 6 x 2 x 1 foot boxes, inviting as many friends as possible, dressed in black to come furtively and singly to my door and give secret knocks. Or maybe just me wearing different costumes going in front, out the back and found again. Maybe put up a red porch light.
Such larks.
Whether this is real or a spoof, I can’t say, but these neighbour social media things encourage this kind of petty snooping.
Spoof I’d say – people only tend to have an electric garage door if they frequently use it for parking the car, plus garages tend to get filled up with all kinds of stuff if the car is not normally in there.
My thought was that they had been parking on the drive because the garage was full of junk. They recently had a clear out and can now park in the garage.
