The UK Lottery is ten years old today. Well, don’t time fly? It seems only the blink of an eye since it was launched. I don’t do the lottery though. While there are some lucky folk who walk away with no financial worries – and it is true that you can’t win it if you ain’t in it – the reality of the odds ring more true for me.
I tend to take the line of Dr Walter E Williams who said that "the lottery is a tax for fools." I can find more reliable sources of investment for my money.
