US students attending sexual abstinence classes are no more likely to abstain from sex than those who do not, according to a new study.

Participants in special programmes were just as likely to have sex a few years later as those who did not attend.

Well, Quelle surprise. Only a complete buffoon would come to any other conclusion.

The Bush administration has warned against drawing sweeping conclusions from the study.

  3. I tend to find absinth makes the heart grow fonder as well. Probably what bush was on when he thought that any teenager would really be likely to remember that they promised to be a virgin until marriage when the prospect of making the beast with two backs comes up.
