Apparently BBC journalists are staging a second walk out today. From tomorrow, they will be working to rule. This is a repeat of what happened last month.
Monday’s strike follows similar action on 15 July when licence fee payers experienced some disruption to output.
How odd. I didn’t notice a thing.
A BBC spokesman said at the time that the disruption had been less than expected.
Clearly. It passed my by completely.
Today did not start at 6am on Radio 4 today.
It was on at 7 though.
A few of the usual voices on Radio 5 went AWOL that day and again today, but sadly none of the really irritating wastes of money and oxygen. Yes, N. Campbell, I’m thinking of you.
Memo: must find a better radio station….
I guess we have the answer to that age-old question ‘If a tree falls in the forest and no-one’s around…’ 😉
They can stay out, too.
