1. It would seem that there are some who would like to pretend that there isn’t any difference. So they pretend that it is difficult to tell the difference to help them with pretending that there isn’t a difference.

   Since low tax economies tend to be more prosperous than high tax economies, it could be argued that tax evasion is a moral act anyway.
