My thought is how easy it would have been for me to build a contented life given the wodge of cash that he must have walked away with. A decent sized pad with some out buildings that I could indulge my various interests in now that I don’t have to go to work any more. Woodwork shop, mechanical things shop. Music room with a piano in it and a big pipe organ at the far end. Happy as Larry.
They seem to want something else. Not contentment, not privacy, rather some sort of abject humiliation for the Royal family for some sort of perceived slight.

There is certainly no logic or any sort of real thought here. Infantilization and a basic child’s view of shiny things would explain much, but not all.
There is a truly remarkable spite. H G Tudor has been looking at her in terms of her undoubted narcissism, but to me at least, even that falls short.
I really can’t decide if she is genuinely some sort of machiavellian genius or just a petulant child on a lucky streak.

I continue to be quite interested in H&M but only to see how it all pans out. They must be running out of options. Is it feasible that she could enter politics at a very low level? Might he spend increasing amount of time in Africa pretending to be involved in environmental matters? How on earth do they keep earning the levels of dosh they need to fund their extravagance?
