One in three people are expected not to cooperate with identity card checks, Home Office papers from 2004 suggest.

Or we will until they make a few high profile examples.

Alternativly we could make a few examples of those sent to get us but as usual the people with the principles won’t get supportd by the masses. They fight, they get nicked, the public who did nothing win.
