Who’s Stupid?

Piers Morgan, it would seem. The man always was an obnoxious, poisonous little shit, but he appears to have outdone himself this time.

A petition calling for TV host Piers Morgan to be deported from the US following his outspoken comments on gun control has attracted more than 59,000 signatures.

Being a statist, his preferred knee-jerk (the emphasis being on the jerk) reaction to the recent mass shooting is to have more gun control. This in the land of the second amendment right to bear arms.

When challenged on his ideas of more state control, his response is this:

“You’re an unbelievably stupid man, aren’t you?”

“You have absolutely no coherent argument. You don’t actually give a damn about the gun murder rate in America.”

Way to go –  straight for the ad hom. That will win the argument and influence people, eh? Well, it seems to have influenced the 59,000 people who want him kicked out of the country. However, I’d rather he didn’t come back here if at all possible.

  1. piers morgan is a typical example of the cretins we allow to be in positions of power as broadcasters and pundits in the public eye. Worse, he is a representative of us the english and i hope our american cousins see him for the individual shill and low life he is and not at all talking on behalf of us. I fully endorse his deportation but would ask the yanks to send him to afghanistan or some other illustrious joint from where he can spout his sneering rhetoric whenever he wants.

  2. He is out to promote himself. As the saying goes: there’s no such thing as bad publicity.
It’s not as if anyone can do anything about him.

  3. I’d rather he didn’t come back here if at all possible.

Jeremy Clarkson said something similar, along the lines it’s taken 40 years to get rid of him, for christ’s sake don’t send him back!

But he won’t be sent back will he? he’s far to well in with the Wintours and Evans of the expat leftie tribe in Manhattan, and chimes exactly with the Barry Administration.

  4. I personally defend his right to say whatever the hell he likes without those who disagree with him trying to silence him. If we do not defend the freedom of speech of those we disagree with then that freedom is meaningless, deportation is clearly an attempt at censorship. The USA is also the land of the First Amendment.
