Are starting to get it.
The usual suspects line up to shout “racism” over what is nothing more than a piece of piss-poor artwork. Because the mannequin is black it becomes racist apparently. However, the professional race-mongers who spend their lives taking offence over every perceived slight on behalf of others appear to be finally jumping the shark. The Guardian is usually where such people can expect an uncritical hearing, but look at the comments below the line. Unusually for the Groan they are almost universally critical. Interesting, no? Have we finally reached saturation point on this one such that the race mongers are starting to lose their ground? Is their hysterical shrieking over every non-story going to finally go into reverse gear as people start to ridicule them – as is only right and proper.
I enjoyed reading the first dozen or so comments, the commenters are right on the ball. My favourite one was “Imagine the outrage if it was a pencil sharpener”.
