Barack Obama seems not to understand that he doesn’t have a horse in the EU referendum race.
Barack Obama is planning to make “a big, public reach-out” to British voters to stay inside the European Union, the chair of the US Senate foreign relations committee has revealed, amid fears in Washington that the UK’s EU referendum is a dangerous gamble that could unravel with disastrous consequences for the entire continent.
Quite apart from the ridiculous hyperbole, this is a British referendum where British voters get to decide. It has fuck all to do with the USA. Do we get a say in the presidential elections? No. Right, well fuck off then and mind your own bloody business! How fucking dare you!
Did you not realise that as the leaders of the free world, EVERYTHING is the business of the USA?
No wonder George III had the good sense to dump the buggers. They never paid their taxes to the Crown in those days either, so nothing has changed…
This is what pisees me off about this so called “special relationship” ,it’s nothing of the sort. Only when it suits them do they deign to speak to us,other than that we are just a nuisance to them. We should stop sucking up to them and go and work with the Commonwealth .
They can’t even use the language properly
Obama has demonstrated his contempt for the UK (and Canada) more than once. My response to any of his exhortations is; “Yeah, yeah, put a sock in it will you? Don’t let the door hit you on the way out.”
Ah but the USA and the EU are stitching up a trade deal, trouble is it is so transparent they won’t tell us plebs what is in it. You can bet there’s big bucks for the crony capitalists though. Barry doesn’t want the UK to leave and wreck the whole criminal protection racket, now does he?
You would think Obama would have enough to deal with at the moment, what with a toupee ridden racist currently heading the republican caucuses by a massive margin.
I don’t think that it is a toupee, it looks more like an elaborate comb-over to me. If it is a toupee it is an incredibly bad one.
