We don’t want a second referendum, nor do we want a snap general election.
Most British people have had enough democracy for the time being, according to an exclusive ComRes opinion poll for The Independent.
They say Theresa May should carry on without a general election, and they are opposed to a second referendum on Brexit.
The only people who do, are the sore losers who like democracy only so long as it is going their way. If not, keep going back until you get the right answer. The rest of us, meanwhile, are driven to distraction by endless political campaigning.
Enough, already!
Indeed. The petition for an immediate Article 50 is now well over the 100,000
And the other one for no free movement is bubbling under the 10,000 and growing rapidly.
They might ignore it, but at least there’s some sort of mechanism for telling ’em what we want!
See: https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/154593 for no free movement petition. Let’s all sign it – including the 40,000 in Vatican City 😉
I think I met the 40,000 the day I visited the Vatican City…
Dear Mr Longrider
According to my calculations, Jesus would require 40 loaves and 16 fishes to feed that lot, assuming he has passed his food safety courses, obtained all relevant certificates, licences and insurance.

I don’t know about having had enough democracy, a second referendum would be extremely undemocratic. Having a referendum and then refusing to accept the result is about as undemocratic as it comes. As for a snap election, why? Political parties change leaders mid term all the time. There might be justification for an election in very specific circumstances but generally there isn’t and I don’t see that being the case this time.
As long as May delays 50, these twats will be able to continue their barrage of second referendum propaganda. Which is one of the main reasons remainer May is delaying and conducting love ins with Sturgeon.
