Thankyou to all those people who commented with such kind words on my post about Mrs L. I haven’t responded partly because I’ve been so busy with arrangements and partly because, well, I just couldn’t, but be assured, I do value all of your comments.
On a more practical note, I probably won’t have any stories for Leg Iron’s anthology as the timescale is so short given what I’m going through. Rebellion, however, is finished. My sister-in-law is proofreading it and my brother-in-law is putting together a cover, so that one will be with him in the next couple of weeks as I don’t have to do any more to it. This work is always going to be special to me as Mrs L in her decline was unable to read it, so I shared what was going on as I wrote. And this one is, without doubt, the best thing I have written. I am very, very pleased with it, so I hope my readers – all two of you 😉 – will like it.
As for blogging, I will resume at some point, but I don’t know when. When I feel like it, I guess.
You have suffered a dreadful loss, Longrider, and you need time to come to terms with it. When you’re ready to write your blog again, we will be waiting for you.

Just to add to my woes, I had to dash down to Devon last night. My mother died, so I lost them both in a matter of days.
