I think he means, it’s difficult to set up a new party on an agenda that is already satisfied by Tory Remainers, Labour Remainers, the Limp Dicks and Greens.

I wonder how many people voted for remain but nevertheless understand the democratic principle well enough to know that the result of the referendum needs to be upheld? Starting up a remainer party assumes that the 48% is going to be behind you but a significant number of those voters surely must know that democracy is dead if we don’t leave.
