If all your news comes from the mainstream, Joe Biden won the US presidential election and there was no fraud. Indeed, any talk of fraud is deemed to be a conspiracy theory. This despite evidence of malfeasance. We don’t know whether the boxes of ballots hidden under the table were fraudulent because they were counted without any supervision.

Yet all the while there have been law suits and kickback that has not been reported. Now it seems seven states have sent two sets of electors (duelling electors). This is enough to nullify the Biden win. The likely outcome of that is that it goes to Congress.

Bill Richmond explains to those of us who are a bit vague on the US system. But this is not unprecedented. Also note that those who want to do away with the electoral college are those who stand to gain from fraud.

Meanwhile big tech is banning people even talking about this. What does that tell you about their attitude towards fraud?

So it’s not relevant to you that Trump Org has launched more than 60 lawsuits contesting election processes, oversight and counts since Nov 4th and when tested in Court only one of these cases has been successful? What does that say about the evidence (or lack of) to support the position you are taking here?

      • As I understand it, the Trump team is taking that one on, because the technicality won’t then apply. There is no doubt that Pennsylvania acted unconstitutionally. That the SCOTUS refused to hear the case does’t mean that the case didn’t have merit.

      The courts have refused to allow a hearing or examination of evidence. Same as is happening here with FSU v Ofcom

      No matter how much evidence of fraud Trump has I think courts will reject ‘in public interest’ as they will be terrified of the riots, arson, murders etc Left will inflict if Dems don’t win. Democracy dead, intimidation rules

    • No evidence has been permitted to be given. Courts have decided to not hear these Trump-based allegations. There has been no dismissal of evidence because no evidence has been permitted to be submitted. The Courts are as bent as the election.

    Just because partial and biased courts reject the case and refuse to examine evidence does not mean that the case is without merit.

    But, if you are left leaning, then you are in Red Queen territory where you can believe that Trump “stole” the 2016 election and Russia manipulated the election results (to put a right wing guy in power instead of Hillary Clinton, the Russians friend???) but this time it is simply impossible to cheat in elections, despite China owning 75% of the bank that owns the election machine company (Dominion) and its well documented ability to change elections such as in Venezuela. So the election result should be accepted without question. Nope. Nothing to see here, move along please.
