  1. I don’t know what you think LR but i’ll be glad when the Scots have gone. Once we cut them off from our money they’ve had it anyway. As Andrew Neil said ‘ a banana republic without the bananas !’.

    • Yes, I read that. Interesting stuff. However, as the two parties hate each other, I wonder how long they will be able to hold together any form of coalition.

    • It would take some effort to think of an example that more comprehensively shows why proportional representation” is a terrible idea.

    • There was (still is?) a Greek joke:
How many political parties can you have with two Greeks?
      Three!

  2. I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a few SNP MPs ready to defect one-at-a-time over the next few weeks.

Remember, Joanna Cherry wanted to stand for MSP, and Sturgeon changed the party rules specifically to stop her.

Nobody does revenge quite like gangsters, and Scottish nationalists are definitely a gang.

  3. Joanna Cherry, SNP MP will be next. Sturgeon sacked her a month ago for disagreeing with Sturgeon (or being a Salmondite)

  4. Who gives a toss? The irrelevant Scottish ‘parliament’ is just an inflated and over-funded parish council that got ideas above its station. Send in Jackie Weaver to sort them out.

  5. A few more have defected. They may be shivered but they all have the mane objective. “Look boys, it was a once in a generational event, you agreed, come back in 24 years”. I expect BoJo to say the same.
