I’m away from home at the moment, so doing this on a tablet is a bit of a pain. However, regarding the linked article. There are a couple of red flags in the headline alone. When I see the term experts, I fully expect to see the appeal to authority fallacy and I’m rarely disappointed and so it is here. The other is the term extremism.
These people always refer to right-wing extremism. Ask yourself, however, was it right-wing extremists that went through American cities burning, looting and murdering? Was it right-wing extremists who went on the rampage in the UK tearing down statues? Why are BLM and Antifa not mentioned?
It is this obvious bias that makes me recognise the partisan nature of these so called experts. BLM and Antifa are extremists who are actively engaged in campaigns of violence.
Then there is the disinformation canard. The biggest perpetrator of disinformation is the media. These charlatans actively peddle lies, half truths and outright falsehoods on behalf of the narrative. See, for example, the nonsense put about regarding covid this past eighteen months. See also the petrol crisis that they created with their mischievous reporting. I could go on.
“In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a subversive act.” Ain’t that the truth?
How dare you call them out on their bullshit, you sound like an online extremist to me.
Normal, reasonable people are the extremists to these arseholes.
And the off- line extremism?
Extreme stabbing. Extreme shooting. Extreme selective polis action and in-action. Extreme calling other people scum.
What about the extremism that has emanated from established governments worldwide?
