Going After Rogan

They really are going for it now.

The US podcast host Joe Rogan has issued an apology over his past use of racist language on his popular show.

A widely-shared compilation video showed him repeatedly using the N-word in early episodes of his show, which has been running for over a decade.

The 54-year offered his “deepest” apologies and called his past use of the slur “shameful”.

Over a decade ago. Someone has been doing a bit of offence archaeology here. As for Rogan apologising, this is a big mistake. This is the equivalent of sharks smelling blood in the water. An apology is a sign of weakness. They have already managed to convince Spotify to remove podcasts, now they are going to keep hammering away until he is removed completely and I expect that to happen in the next few days.

It doesn’t matter that Rogan is probably too big to be cancelled, nor that he has a massive audience that will follow wherever he goes to. They will see this as a victory – and it will be a victory for the forces of evil.

  1. This is obviously an orchestrated attempt to get Rogan cancelled for having the temerity to interview Dr. Robert Malone and Dr. Pierre Kory, both of whom have expressed reservations about the handling of the Covid pandemic. Interesting that this comes in the wake of Neil Young (The Needle and The Damage Done, oh the irony) and Joni Mitchell’s hissy fits.

These tactics are straight out of the communist playbook on information suppression and propaganda. You are right that Rogan has made the mistake of apologising instead of telling the accusers to fuck off.

  2. It’s long been said, never apologise to the woke mob. Not only will they never forgive (not that they’re owed an apology), they will just came at you even more. The best thing he could have done, was ignore them.

  3. Yep, never apologise to woke

Spotify have removed 15% of his podcasts… so far

If I was a subcriber I’d be asking for a refund
