Oh, please, please do. Go on…
Jeremy Corbyn has given his strongest hint yet that he may run for London Mayor – a move likely to spell defeat for Labour incumbent Sadiq Khan.
The fallout will be glorious and seeing that little tinpot dictator ousted will be so enjoyable.
I’d love to see Emperor Khan being deposed. But we all know he would get parachuted into the next safe Labour Muslim seat and be in the (Shadow cabinet) very quickly.
So will the capital go from being Londonistan to being the London Democratic Republic?
I wonder about this. There is a well-informed school of thought that Corbyn would have a very good chance of retaining his seat in the Commons if he stood as an Independent in his current constituency.
It would be interesting. He has a loyal fanbase and those who voted for him aren’t too impressed with the current leadership, so I wouldn’t rule it out.
I’d love for Jezza to enter the Mayoral Elections as an Independent against Sadist Khan. It would split the vote nicely, giving a win for Susan Hall and the dump ULEZ crowd.
I’m not sure a win for Susan Hall would be a win for London….
