Shut Up Rod

You are paid to sing.

Sir Rod Stewart has infuriated supporters of Donald Trump by mocking the ex president over his orange complexion.

The Do Ya Think I’m Sexy rocker, 79, poked fun at Trump during a recent concert in Las Vegas.

What is it with these slebs? Rod Stewart made his name as a musician. No one is interested in his thoughts on politics. So shut up and sing.

  1. If Trump could be bothered, he could comment on Stewart’s nose, the shape of which makes Stewart insist on only one particular side of his face towards the camera.

  2. He can’t sing. His voice, which was never that good anyway, has gone. Anyway, he isn’t exactly in a position to mock people for how they look is he?

  3. I was amused at JD Vance (Trump Veep nominee) taking a pop at former Royal flunky Harry Wales and saying that the Trump administration would deport him for visa fraud.

If he was taking drugs for his mental problems and didn’t explain that on his visa then that’s a pretty serious offence worthy of revocation.

I hope they don’t though. Better to keep Harry Wales and Mrs. Simpson mark II in the mental institution called California.

  4. What is it with “celebs” that they think the majority give a shit what they think? Sure, there are a lot of thick wannabes that probably do take notice, but they don’t matter as they are useless wastes of space.

  5. The difficulty with celebrities is that they must always be ‘more noticeable’ than other celebs competing for public recognition. And being ‘famous’ does not necessarily mean ‘knowledgeable’.

Although to be fair they are usually surrounded by sycophants hoping to keep the gravy train on the rails a little longer.

  6. A number of misguided comments on this thread. Rod Stewart has been an outstandingly good singer and performer in his genre. His comments about Trump that people here don’t like do not diminish his staus in his field in any way.
