Joseph Harker, the Groan’s resident racist mouths off about racism.
We’re getting used to racist rants being filmed, shared and loaded on to YouTube. The latest example, however, is not only shocking but, for me, deeply depressing too. Footage taken on a bus in Brent, north London, this week shows an Islamophobic rant by one women against two other passengers. “Fucking Isis bitches,” she calls them. “Go back to your country where they’re bombing every day.” The original film of the tirade lasts, in total, five long minutes.
A couple of things here. Harker has, in the past, claimed that black people cannot be racist. Now he is accusing a black woman of racism. So, which is it?
And, having a go at Muslims is not racist, because, and I don’t know how many times this has to be said, but here goes, Islam is not a race, it is an ideology, it is a religion, it is a political and legal system, it is not a race. Never was, never will be, so shouting abuse at people for being Muslims is not racist. Unpleasant, maybe, but not racist.
And, again, how many times must it be said? There is no such thing as Islamophobia. It is a construct designed to suppress dissenting voices. It does not exist. A dislike – a violently extreme dislike even – is perfectly rational and reasonable. Therefore, it is not a phobia. People who use the term deserve to be dismissed out of hand with the same vigour as those who use the term “denier” when faced with any scepticism to their little religion.
The shock factor in this clip is not, though, the words – we’ve sadly heard those sentiments enough times before. It’s that this time the expletive-ridden tirade is coming from the lips of a black woman.
Yeah, because black people are all goody-two-shoes and only the nasty white honkys are capable of such behaviour. Careful, Joseph, your racism is showing again.

This is proof that we’re not.
That seismic tremor we just felt was the penny crashing through the Earth’s crust. Harker finally gets it – black people are capable of racism, just as much as white people (although a glance in the mirror would have done the trick). Except, in this case, there was no racism. Because, and clearly the moron is struggling with this one, Islam is not a race.
If the hate-filled, tunnel-visioned left wing f*cktards consider it good sport to insult, assault and threaten visitors and delegates to the Tory party conference, why are they making such a fuss over this? Perhaps the Muslims were Tory supporters? Cretins, most, if not all, of them!
Ah, yes, if it’s the Tories on the receiving end, then that’s all fine and dandy. The hypocrisy stinks.
Give it a day or so, and it’ll be the fault of white England, somehow. Or Thatcher.

I would be interested to know what was being said in the few minutes leading up to this incident. What was it that sparked off this anti-Islamic rant?
That was my reaction. The video clearly cuts in after the exchange has started. So, we don’t know who started it, whether she was provoked and what it was all about.
That it resulted in her being arrested says much about how this country has eroded our civil liberties.
Of course:- post WWII, the left, realising that the British people were not the stuff of which revolutions are made, continued their insidious plan to infiltrate the public sector – especially education – so they could achieve their aims in a rather more subtle way than October 1917. Add to this the pervasive actions of organisations such as Common Purpose and the results are plain to see – an increasing removal of civil liberties and an increasing power of the state.
Because the British people’s traditional healthy disrespect for authority has been eased into an attitude of ‘Ignore them and they might go away’, the left has been allowed a free hand to continue.
