Today, I am trying to fit the proverbial quart into a pint pot. A CBT followed by a long drive north ready for PTS training tomorrow. Added to this, the DVSA did a check test on me today.
They have changed their marking criteria, so I was wondering how it would go. I needn’t have worried. I scored 45 out of a possible 51, so it was in the words of the examiner, a good pass. There were a couple of minor places where I could up my game, but the feedback I received was upbeat and very positive. It’s nice to get some professional feedback from time to time as it gives us a yardstick.
I’m good at this. I’ve always felt it, but today, the DVSA reinforced it.
Okay, yeah, so I’m feeling pretty good about myself today. So what? Normal service will resume eventually and I’ll go back to grumpy git mode.
