I am over fifty and I won’t be getting vaccinated. Not that I am opposed to vaccination. I’ve had plenty in my time. I am, however, opposed to being vaccinated with an experimental technology where there is no long term data. I am also not inclined to be vaccinated against an RNA virus as there’s little point – the strains mutate more quickly than the vaccine manufacturers can keep up. The flu vaccine is hit and miss for this reason. And, finally, this is the only real option for me to resist what is happening. I have been unable to work due to the DVSA closing its doors, so I cannot rebel by working in a “non-essential” business.
As for the goalposts moving – have these people not been paying attention? Nearly a year ago, we had a three week lock-down to give time for the NHS to cope. That lasted three months. The NHS is still not coping and we are into our third lock-down and idiots such as Mad Handcock are using rhetoric about eliminating strains of the virus. When, exactly, did this charlatan start wearing his underpants outside his trousers?
They said Mr Sunak was adamant this third national squeeze must be the final lockdown and heralded it a ‘fat lady sings moment’ – the point at which Britain draws a line under a cycle of lockdowns for good.

I don’t know where it was now but I saw video of a guy trying on various masks, outside on a cold day so that you could see his breath. It was pretty funny and certainly demonstrated how ineffective they must be.
I’ve just had the letter offering me a vax but, like you I will not be taking it up. I have already turned down a flu jab, but reading today about the so-called ‘trial’ to mix two different vaccines ‘ to see what happens’ persuaded me that the clowns in charge have no idea what they are doing. I will not even submit to a test unless it can be shown that the PCR test is not picking up any old virus fragments, including flu, which might explain why ‘officially’ this has disappeared this year in the NHS statistics.
Did you know that the Pfizer clinical trial will end on 31 January 2023? That’s when they will have the ‘medium and long term’ safety data of the mRNA vaccine. I did take the vaccine but insisted on the AZ-Oxford one for both my wife and I. No chance of any autoimmune complications with that one.
I rejected the Pfizer vaccine and insisted on the AZ vaccine. I already have an autoimmune disease, I don’t need another one.

My risk is being denied access to test centres. If that happens then I may need to rethink. However, It will be an insistence on the AZ Oxford one. My father has already put his foot down regarding that.
Have you heard about the ‘no mask no vote’ idea that someone told me about today? I’m looking into it to confirm but from what I’m being told voters who are exempt from masking or who refused to go along with the mask bollocks will not be able to vote at polling stations. If this is true than I’m going to be looking at getting a postal vote for the first time ever.
I haven’t, but nothing would surprise me now. There’s a story about how a mask exempt woman was forced to wear a mask while being vaccinated.

Like you,I have no fundamental issue with vaccination but I do have doubts about vaccines that have been rushed.

I’m wary of the vaccine and its speed of development. The virus is the same as the common cold in action and as they have not been able to develop a vaccine for that, then the chances of them developing one for Chink flu is so remote as to be impossible, particularly in the timescale. I’m doubly suspicious that the companies have demanded and received indemnity from being sued for any adverse reactions. Why is that, I wonder?
As for vaccines, then the politicians have conveniently forgotten the Nuremberg protocols – one of which is that you cannot administer drugs or vaccines to humans unless it has been tested on animals first (something the animal rights people ignore) or perform medical experiments on people without their consent. Jews for some inexplicable reason are not considered to be animals and are broadly defined as human (the world needs a sarcasm font, right enough). Another is that you cannot rely on “I vuz only obeying zer orders” when committing crimes against humanity. So forcing people to have a vaccination using an untested vaccine and commanding doctors to “obey orders” to do so … Can I call them nazis and be done with it?
Still, if the bullshit keeps people scared and easy to manipulate, then the politicians will be well pleased.
