Narcissism

The man is a narcissist and should be removed from his post.

Matt Hancock took credit for the UK’s vaccine rollout today as he mounted a political fightback to save his political life.

The Health Secretary used a global Covid conference in Oxford today to praise the take-up of the jab – and his own role in getting it into the arms of grateful Britons.

He also praise the swift work in creating new wonder drugs, claiming it helped save more than a million lives because work began before the first UK case was identified.

And he told the assembled delegates: ‘Lots of people stop me and ask me how we did all of this?’

He added that the UK’s vaccination programme was ‘without doubt the best project I have been involved in’, and confirmed that 75 per cent of adults have now been given at least one dose of vaccine.

The sight of this vile little man turns my stomach. A man who has no idea how the scientific principle works, a man who has systematically rejected any scientific opinion that contradicts his mornic approach to managing the outbreak, a man who has blood on his hands, because, be sure that the government’s managing of this has lead to deaths that could and should have been avoided. Then there’s the loss of livelihoods and businesses and jobs, the increase in mental health problems and this self-satisfied little prick has the effrentory to stand up and congratulate himself. Yup, a narcissist.

  1. There is a schism. I personally know of many people in my everyday life that are experiencing unusual headaches and associated ailments after following Hancock’s recommendations. The alternative media are rightly asking questions but the TV and Radio carry on as if it’s all great. Strange times.

  2. Don’t forget the self-serving approach to dishing out gov’t contracts to ‘chums’ and connected friends, bypassing normal procurement systems!

    • That is quite interesting. I feel rather cynical about the chances of anyone ever being held to account. The worst crime seems to me to have been the deliberate suppression of cheap and readily available anti viral drugs that have proven to be effective.

      • The vilifying of Hydroxichloriquine and azythromicin, medicines that have been used for decades successfully as anti viral treatments, is nothing short of criminal.

  3. And he told the assembled delegates: ‘Lots of people stop me and ask me how we did all of this?”

I’m pretty sure that if lots of people actually recognised him, they’d have been a little less complimentary…

  4. I thought Kate Bingham, the Venture Capitalist, was responsible for the vaccine, financing and development. She picked winners. It was nothing to do with Hancock nor the NHS. I mean BoJo appointed her but even he isn’t claiming the credit.

  5. I have thought for a while that this ongoing “3 weeks to save the NHS” garage is a ploy by Government ministers and their advisors, with links to big pharmaceutical, PPE supplies, and PCR testing, to continue the scaremongering. The latest news is the introduction of the Nepal variant, brought by climbers of Mount Everest. I wonder where the next variant, and the one after that, will come from. LR has often said that viruses mutate, so there will always be another variant around the corner, and there will always continue to be scare mongering. I also wonder how many new millionaires there are now in the tainted corridors of Whitehall?

Of course. This is reasonable, normal and logical, so we need to live with it, whatever it does and whatever people want to call it. The risk to the vast majority is miniscule and ONS stats confirm this. Time the proletariat resisted. I just wonder how much longer it will be before people start to say “enough.”
