Whodathunkit?

Pubs, now.

No10 today refused to rule out making people prove they are double-jabbed to get into pubs – as Tory rebels vowed to fight Boris Johnson’s ‘disgusting’ threat to restrict access to nightclubs.

The PM faces a furious backlash from MPs and civil liberties campaigners after delivering an ultimatum to young people about the shape of the rules from September at a press briefing last night.

Hands up who saw this one coming, eh?

Scum, the lot of them. And, no, I will not use any establishment that goes along with this insanity. I wonder if the speakeasy will make a comeback?

And pushed on whether the prospective edict could apply to bars as well Downing Street merely said it will ‘use the coming weeks to look at the evidence’.

Evidence? Since when have these people looked at evidence? If they want to go by evidence, we will be back to normal and treating covid as just another one of those flu type illnesses that we learn to live with.

  1. How do you prove it? I’ve been jabbed twice, I’ve got a credit card sized scrap of cardboard with some scribbles on it as proof. If they want to make this a thing they will need to come up with something that is at least reasonably difficult to forge. Anything like that would be costly and take competence to organise.

    • If you go to the NHS website, you can apply for a letter which proves your vaccination status. It has a large barcode which can be scanned by officials. I don’t believe that the scrap of card which you got when you were injected is considered proof of vaccination?

  2. I quite look forward to the growth of speakeasies, those refuges from any dictatorial legislation. Assuming they also have ashtrays, then maybe I’ll go back to spending money in a local ‘boozer’ for the first time since 2007. Bring it on.

  3. “And, no, I will not use any establishment that goes along with this insanity”

The thing is, it probably won’t be the establishment to blame, when the smoking ban came in it wasn’t just the smokers that were fined it was the landlords for ‘allowing’ people to smoke, if they use the same template there won’t be much they can do about it.

  4. Long, I keep coming up with the words. Scum scam. I must be an evil conspiracy theorist. Also Dr. David Martin nails it. Sorry no link. Stew Peters. Bitchute.

  5. Will there not be court cases to come from this kind of thing? Surely excluding a certain section of the population from places such as pubs, nightclubs, cinemas etc will flout some anti-discrimination legislation?

  6. What about international human rights laws established at places like Geneva and Nuremberg? It is one thing to advise people to get vaccinated against a potentially fatal disease, and allowing them the right to balance the risks for themselves. It is an altogether different matter if people are going to be unable to live their lives as they would like to without being vaccinated.

  7. @Simon and Stonyground – a private prosecution has recently been filed by Michael O’ Bernicia against Hancock, Whitty, Valance and Ferguson (he terms them collectively as the 4 horsemen) for medical fraud. We will have to see how that goes.

Meanwhile, Reiner Fuellmich, a German lawyer, is setting up a Nuremberg style case for all the Davos types (WEF,WHO and governments) for crimes aginst humanity. This is the same lawyer who successfully prosecuted VW over the emissions scandal and took down Deutsche Bank for fraud. Here, he takes evidence from Brian Gerrish of UK Column.

  8. The Americans seem to be already on it.

NAPA, Calif. — A Napa doctor has been arrested on suspicion of providing fake COVID-19 vaccination cards and so-called immunization pills, federal prosecutors said Wednesday.
