It’s a bit like stopping people trafficking – the answer is ridiculously simple. Destroy the demand by removing the customer base.

Given the fact that this government couldn’t find their own arses with both hands and a map, I doubt that they would catch any of those ‘criminals’ anyway. Another trick to fuck them up is to use a black marker to fill in a few random dots on QR codes.
