Oh, Wow

Even in the grauniad, a final recognition of reality.

It is now five months since the Omicron variant was first detected in the UK – and although its impact was less severe than many initially feared, it’s estimated that more than 30 million people in England have been infected, with 200,000 hospitalised and even more suffering with long Covid across the UK, and over 20,000 deaths.

Behind these headline figures lies a more complicated reality, yielding important lessons about the impact of government-mandated restrictions that could help end disagreements between some scientists and help us deal with future waves.

There were those of us int he spring of 2020 who were pointing out that the government was over reacting. Even as late as last autumn, we were being told that we were reckless and didn’t care about people’s lives. Now in the cold light of reality as we emerge from this idiotic series of restrictions and people start to look at the evidence that was always there, they are finally admitting it.

We were right.

And finally we must also look at what lessons we can learn from those countries that have had much lower excess death rates than ours (such as Norway) and we owe it to all those who have died and their loved ones to have a proper public inquiry that looks at all the decisions made over the past two years to ensure we learn from our mistakes and see how we can do better in the future.

And some hangings.

I think the latest WHO report will cause a lot of rapid rewriting of their history by Grun and rest of zealots. Study is BS, but WHO followers can’t attack it

    Sweden did best in West
If compared region by region, global mortality data confirms the failure of most “covid measures”, including lockdowns, face masks, school closures, mass testing, contact tracing and “covid passports”

Chris Snowden (IEA) bailed late last year and has been busily rowing back on his 20 months of zealotry

  2. Not interested in their backpedalling or their attempts to rewrite history.

They showed to everyone awake that they are tyrants large and small, so tied up in their own virtue signalling they failed to notice they’d gone up to and including full dictator, fortunately without an army of brownshirts to do their dirty work, yes they got a few bully coppers to knock those who didn’t agree about, mainly the met, once again, but compared to the thuggish bullying violent behaviour of police in some western countries our front line coppers generally behaved decently.

I shall never forget or forgive the wannabe Blofelds the politicians the msm and it’s umpteen hangers on or the candle in the wind celebs, nor the people we unfortunately met over this time in our day to day lives who saw a chance of doing a bit of bullying of their own.
I lost trust in the majority of my countrymen who meekly and unquestioningly complied and i can’t get my previous faith in people back.

Keep in mind what these people said and how they behaved when they thought there would be no reckoning, there’s another 8 years in this decade, plenty of time for the next 2 apocalypse horsemen to be unleashed in time for their 2030 reset schedule, we’re all going to need to know who we can and can’t trust.
