Bad Faith?

A model of bad faith? This from Twitter shows a remarkable lack of self awareness.

Twitter is suing Elon Musk over his decision to terminate an agreed $44bn (£37bn) takeover of the company. An already acrimonious relationship descended into outright hostility on Tuesday when it lodged a lawsuit in the US state of Delaware, the company’s corporate base, accusing Musk of trashing the company and walking away.

As I understand this, he wanted a breakdown of actual user levels. How many accounts are bots? Twitter hasn’t answered this question to his satisfaction. It seems to me a perfectly reasonable question. They dispute this, but then, they would. Regardless, if Twitter is damaged by this shenanigans, that’s an overall good result. It is a thoroughly poisonous monster that needs slaying.

  1. Sly bastard! He knew that Twitter was a bot-farm, and put up real money to demonstrate it.
‘He’s EEEEVUL, we refuse to be drawn into his EEEEVUL claws!’
    ‘Bout them ‘bots?’
‘Fuck your cismale due diligence. I’ll just sit here and hold my breath until I turn blue!’
(Later the same day) ‘Oh, please choke me harder daddy!’

What should be the next monster on his list? Facebook?
