  1. Makes it sound like it is a contest and that we just happened to get a goal at the last minute. He started by ‘appear to be right’ He still can’t bring himself to admit he was wrong.

They are all like that and after wanting the unvaxxed forcibly vaxxed and put in concentration camps they are now saying they may have been wrong. if enough had gone that way the government would have mandated it and sent plod around to everyone who had not been vaccinated. So I don’t really accept them saying we should just move on. I want there people who illegally mandated it for jobs and who lied about its effectiveness to be punished.

  2. Part of the care crises is due to compulsory vaccination. We did not have one strong union like the NHS. We were told have the vacinations or loose your job. I wasn’t bothered about having the first one but some were angry that there was no choice. Lots left, they were good carers, they got better jobs, they will not return to the care sector. The care sector who enforced it has the largest amount of vacancies ever. They might, listen to staff in the future.

    • They might, listen to staff in the future.

      Ahahahaahaha!!
      Management listen to staff?
      Not going to happen.

In the company I work at, the response to COVID was woeful. They freely admit they were making it up as they went along.
Earlier this year I asked what the company response would be if our client site, which I’m based on was shut for weeks due to grid demand forcing industry to close. I was told that “there are too many variables to consider to formulate a plan”.
I offered to come up with crisis management frameworks, as is common in most companies.
Again, I was told that “it’s pointless as there are too many variables”.
Companies like water and gas, order of magnitudes larger than us, with vastly more complex infrastructure, somehow manage it, but there’s too many variables for a <100 person company.

I'm beginning to suspect that becoming a manager requires a secret induction ritual into a sect. And the ritual is a lobotomy.

    • If the “vaccinations” had been effective at preventing you from contracting the illness and spreading it, you know like an actual vaccine, then it would have made a certain amount of sense to expect those who were working with vulnerable people to be vaccinated. All of the compulsion and coercion related to the Covid jab was based upon the false premise that it worked just like a conventional vaccine. In fact the jab was only ever claimed to reduce the severity of the symptoms. There is some, admittedly anecdotal, evidence that the jab actually reduced the immune response to Covid as the non jabbed tended only to contract it once while the fully jabbed seemed to get repeat infections.
