Seems like “she” is a normal well-adjusted individual just trying to get justice, I think labelling “her” as a mentally ill self-advertising narcissist who has no self-worth, is totally confused and would be better off in a secure institution is harsh.
My objection was to the use of ‘her’ testicles. Women don’t have testicles, men do.
This man obviously doesn’t. (And his boyfriend apparently has four.)
