Only One Way to Find Out

Fight.

Gordon Brown hit out at Donald Trump as he blasted “aggressive nationalism” taking over the world.

The former Labour Prime Minister accused Mr Trump – who is bidding to become US President again – of exploiting Americans and turning on scapegoats. Mr Brown, speaking at the Dunfermline Outwith Festival, said Mr Trump has told voters “you’ve got to blame the immigrants, you’ve got to blame the black population, you’ve got to blame China, you’ve got to blame someone” for living standards dropping.

I’d take Trump over that twat Brown every time. You see, when Trump was in office, living standards in the US rust belt rose, employment prospects rose, he was the first POTUS in fifty years not to drag his country into a foreign war, and unlike Brown, Trump actually did in office what he promised on the campaign trail. Brown merely confirmed that manifestos aren’t worth the paper they are written on.

The ex-PM, was promoting his book Permacrisis: A Plan to Fix a Fractured World will reach bookstore shelves on September 28.

Yeah, right, we’ve seen how Gordon Brown operates, so I won’t be holding my breath waiting for him to fix the world’s problems. The man is delusional.

  1. If he wants to comment on US politics, what has he got to say about the shower of crooks that are currently running the show over there? The wreckers who ordered their police to stand back and watch while rioters wrecked and burned the place while threatening to prosecute small business owners for trying to protect their premises. Those people who have continued their destructive practices by declaring a free for all for shoplifters by failing to prosecute them and by encouraging criminals generally by treating them with excessive leniency. These are the kind of people who are the cause of the fractured world, along with the greens and the health scare mongerers.

  2. Donald Trump won one, probably two US Presidential elections.

Bottler Brown never won a single UK General Election while serving as PM.

I know who has greater credibility in my book.

    Donald Trump.

    • Oh yes, the Brown ‘premiership’ was one of the worst disasters ever to be countenanced by UK citizens!

He was an absolute failure, beholden to his disgraced old mate ‘Bliar’ (who let him have the job after he knew the game was up), and he ruined many a good business which had high hopes of making a profit after his disatrous years as chancellor!

Those years were the worst ever for Scrobs Inc, and I’ll never forgive the slimy bastard.

  3. The Gordon Brown that ‘gifted’ the next Government with obligations to pay contracts worth £5 billion for two aircraft carriers, with no provision for aircraft? Poison Pill Brown?

Of course the risk is that people *will* blame someone. Not the immigrants. Not the blacks. Not China. Just politicians more concerned about settling old scores than running the country properly.

  4. Brown is a psychotic mentalist with a severe case of Dunning-Kruger syndrome.

One too few eyes, one too many chromosomes, stupid, gay porridge-wog.

  5. All of the above.
Broon had no financial, business, inter-personal, technical/scientific, organisational, political or human, skills.
Even his tongue attempted to put him out of his misery by blocking his throat.
Blair must have been doubled up with laughter with how his his successor and best buddy coped with the mess bequeathed him.
But at least he was better than his successors.

  6. Well, since Gordon Brown is wrong about everything, I think that aggressive nationalism must be the way forward…

  7. Sorry but I only have a vague memory of this but wasn’t it his government which got a high court ruling that governments can’t be bound to their manifesto pledges?

  8. Blair and Brown were the greatest criminals to that point (2010 election) in British political history, indictable on nearly 100 counts of treason by the time his rule ended. The tragedy is his legacy has effectively destroyed the country as we knew it in 1996. In an ideal world he would be hanged alongside all the ‘New Labour’ cabinets of that catastrophic era. I’d even dig up those that are dead and posthumously do it, or for those that were cremated get Tussaud’s to create some waxworks we can immolate. A man whose evil is almost incalculable

  9. If the answer to a question is ‘Gordon Brown’ then it must be a particularly silly question. On the subject of Trump I have to say that yes he’s boorish but that is massively counterbalanced by his administration’s promotion of the Abraham Accords which achieved much and if followed through properly by the Yanks might achieve even greater things. He and his administration took the first proper steps towards getting the sons of Isaac and the sons of Ishmael to be able to water their sheep in peace together and I cannot criticise him for that.

  10. Brown was the primary architect of the “aggressive nationalism” that resulted in the Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish Parliaments – but very deliberately no English Parliament. He is responsible for knowingly stoking up nationalism within the UK and ensuring people like me, a former “Unionist”, now want it dissolved and England set free.

    Hypocritical scum.
