Gary Lineker is an obnoxious specimen at the best of times, but now he really has crossed the Rubicon.
BBC presenter Gary Lineker waded into the row over controversial plans for a pro-Palestinian demonstration in London on Armistice Day today, after the Home Secretary branded it a ‘hate march’.
Because that is what it is. Recent events in the middle east have brough to the fore, the old hatreds and these marches are nothing less than antisemitism. The left has always had a problem with it and now we are seeing it out in the open. These marches are not in support of the Palestinian civilians, they are about removing the Jews from the region. Chant of jihad are hateful, the chant ‘river to the sea’ has one meaning and one meaning only. Lineker is at best a useful idiot and at worst and antisemite.
The former England striker hit out at Suella Braverman after she urged police to ‘ensure public safety’, warning of an ‘obvious risk of serious public disorder, violence and damage, as well as giving offence to millions of decent British people’.
Braverman is the one in the right here. Indeed, I am going to go one further and contradict pretty much everything I have ever said here over the past two decades. I believe that it is time to clamp down on these marches. It is time to round people up and prosecute them for incitement to violence and for openly supporting a terror group.
I have always preached free speech absolutism – even for people I despise. However, there comes a time when tolerating the intolerable becomes self defeating. We now have in this country an imported sub culture that hates us, wants to destroy us and everything we represent and is using our tolerance against us. If we are to defend ourselves, this needs to be recognised and vigorously resisted. There is a cancer in this country and you do not tolerate cancer, you cut it out. These marches are not an exercise in free speech, they are a declaration of war on us and what we are, as well as the Jews. Because, as Mark Steyn said recently, when they have eradicated the Saturday people, they will come for the Sunday people. And that includes the useful idiots such as Lineker.
Islam is a curse on the face of humanity. It is a seventh century death cult and Hamas, along with similar organisations are not extremists or the odd ones out – they are Islam. They are following their holy book to the letter. This is what Islam is. What is is not, is a religion of peace. It is a religion of conquest and violence. It infects where it cannot conquer. It uses its host’s tolerance as a weakness to be exploited and then it goes for the kill, because that is what this is about. Ultimately destroying our way of life, our culture, our laws and our liberty. These vile marchers are celebrating the kind of savages who roast babies alive in an oven. No, we should not tolerate it.
It’s frightening when you see how much scum is actually in this country. We are doomed.
And also, when you look at how many have come in under a ‘conservative’ government…
I’m still in favour of free speech. But speech that is incitement to immediate violence is illegal and should be prosecuted.
Why is that so difficult for the police and politicians to grasp?
There will be buses laid on from Bradford, Batley and Dewsbury to take the ROPers down to the trouble in London. Be a shame if the drivers all succumbed to CV-19 vaccine sudden death syndrome whilst on route.

I watched quite a few of them.
They are hard going. My sister in law watched a couple and couldn’t sleep properly for two days.
It has definitely hardened my attitude towards them.
It really opens your eyes to the depths of depravity and inhumanity that some people are capable of.
Since all the marchers are so invested, maybe we could ship them off to Gaza to help.
@Jussi you forgot cruise missile strikes on the mosques in Bradford and elsewhere followed by napalm. Might as well do the whole job. Muslims only respect force and exploit weakness. Time to get medieval on them.

It’s shameful that Jews who live peacefully in this country and abide by it’s laws are having to hide the symbols of their faith to avoid assault by the recent Muslim imports.
Quite what the Whitehall idiots thought would happen when Muslims came to live among our Jewish populations in the inner cities is beyond me, since it has always been clear that Muslims have particular hatred of Jews which goes beyond simple anti-Semitism and have no qualms about bringing that hatred out in direct violence.
They are literally worse than the Nazis in that regard.
Prosecutions for incitement of racial hatred against Jews (at home and abroad) is absolutely justified.
