Keep Digging

Charlotte Church really is one of those useful idiots.

Charlotte Church has denied the song “From the River to the Sea” is antisemitic after she belted out a rendition at a pro-Palestine concert.

The Welsh musician was recorded singing the divisive song, which can be interpreted as a direct call for the state of Israel to be destroyed, during a pro-Palestine fundraising concert at a village hall in Caerphilly, South Wales on Saturday.

That is exactly what it is calling for. It is a call for the genocide of the Jews in Israel. And if the stupid bint had bothered to find out what Hamas actually is and stands for, she would realise that their charter is based on the hadiths that exhort Muslims to kill jews worldwide. This is what she chooses to align herself with.

Broadcasting live on Instagram on Monday, Church denied that the song was antisemitic and that people “who know the history” behind the conflict will know it is “not calling for the obliteration of Israel”.

Oh, the irony. I can only assume that she was dozing during that history lesson.

  1. Don’t you all remember how we (the non-enlightened) are meant to “educate ourselves” which is short-hand for indoctrination in whatever is the “current thing”?

  2. She’s always been a leftie half-wit. Just because she can sing a bit she thinks her opinion is more valid than yours or mine.

  3. Dumb as a box of rocks.

There seems to be a certain type of person who thinks that because she came to fame singing Proper Songs, she’s somehow more intelligent than if she’d come out of the music industry sausage machine. Frankly, I’d be more inclined to hear the opinion of Faye out of Steps. At least she’s easier to look at.
