(My emphasis). Unanimous cross party support – so, not even the Labour AMs supported the evil bastard scheme.
That’s the thing with devolution, it can bite you on the bum – and a more deserving bum than that of the one eyed goblin is hard to imagine.
Totally agree with you, although I wish you hadn’t mentioned Gordon Brown’s bum. That brought up mental visions that will haunt me for some time to come *shudder*.

Top stuff. What is starting to hack me off is these politicians who talk about returning powers from the EU to Westminster. As far as I am concerned as many powers as possible should be devolved down to local councils.
