Idiot Alert

Jonathan Freedland, okay, okay, I know, low hanging fruit and all that. However, this risible piece is a peach. Even assuming that he is right (he isn’t, as history tells us that, in fact, the right leaning, conservative parties tend to accept defeat with equanimity rather than endless whining like a fucking jet turbine), the whole pile of utter claptrap is nothing more than a tu quoque. Is this really the best they can do? Really? And they pay this clown for his drivel?

Fuckwits.

  1. I believe that based on the evidence of articles since June 23rd, that a case of rabies has actually broken out at the offices of The Guardian

  2. I’ve wanted a referendum on Europe ever since Maastricht, nearly a quarter of a century ago. I even voted for Sir “Jams” Goldsmith’s Referendum Party. I just thought it was essential for the people to have their say. I fully expected that the vote would be to remain, and my only hope was that there would be enough votes for leave to demonstrate to politicians that there was a lot of unhappiness with the European project. But I would have accepted the result. After all, if you are arguing that there was not enough democracy in the EU it would be a bit bizarre to oppose it when it actually happens.

    • That was my attitude. I voted and then went home, resigned to losing and accepting it with good grace. The last thing I expected was to be on the winning side.

      • Just as the last thing they expected was to be on the losing side. Hence the stunned disbelief, wails of anguish and cries of “This can’t be happening; something’s gone horribly wrong; we need to do it again so we get the right result…”

  3. The thing that gets me is that the moron actually believes the left play by the rules when history tells us they never have,
