Better still the Judge should refer the case to the Supreme Court to have it heard, where it can then be thrown out and the costs incurred by the Crown awarded against these pillocks.
They should count themselves they are not being charged with being party to Treason, or at least with failure to notify under the current anti-terror legislation.
