Oh!

What could possibly go wrong?

A group campaigning to abolish jails and release all inmates, including terrorists and sex attackers, will be hosted by pro-Corbyn movement Momentum next month.

The Empty Cages Collective (ECC), which wants to ‘bring an end to the prison system’, appears in the programme of the Momentum event, which is being held alongside the Labour Party conference.

The ECC says: ‘We identify as abolitionists because we believe the movement to reform prisons… can legitimise the prison system and the state.’

I can see that working out just fine…

The ECC is part of a wider movement to ‘plan for a world without prisons and police’ which is gaining ground on the hard Left.

Uh, huh.

The group says freed prisoners should be given ‘fulfilling roles in society’ to encourage them to behave better.

Which they will, of course.

  1. “This has to be the most stupid thing I’ve ever heard of in my entire life.”
And as an observer of the left-leaning loons you’ll have heard a few . . .

  2. Will they campaign to release prisoners like….let’s say the Stephen Lawrence murderers….or will it just be certain inmates?

  3. “The group says freed prisoners should be given ‘fulfilling roles in society’ to encourage them to behave better.”

taking that to its illogical conclusion, those who commit the most/worst crimes will need to be given the most fulfilling roles. In other words defraud millions of people and the 250k p.a CEO of a charity job is yours! Labour-making crime REALLY pay!

  4. “plan for a world without prisons or police”….. assault a member of this English Cretinous Conglomerate, rape their daughter or wife, and see who they complain to. No doubt the Labour Party leaders will give them justice.
    Bunch of twonks.

  5. Er, but isn’t it an historical fact that the Left are the most keen on prisons to keep the Bourgeoisie and other unbelievers firmly in their place?
