Boris Johnson’s Covid-19 vaccination ID card could create a black market in fakes if pubs, theatres and restaurants demand to see them and would threaten the civil liberties of millions if imposed as a ‘freedom pass’, dissenting Tory MPs told MailOnline today.

You can buy a franchise for them, apparently. 500 quid at 75 quid a pop means you need to sell 7 to start making a profit. What’s not to like, eh?

Any small office has all the tools needed to make plausible fakes of these cards. Paper, card, scissors and glue. Maybe a cheap home office encapsulation machine. Ten quid a pop. Sell them through some less than reputable contacts? Might even try it myself.

And tattoo the vaccine shot number under the armpit of the recipient?
