International Law

I am sick of hearing the term international law.

The Scottish Labour leader, Anas Sarwar, has accused Israel of a “clear breach” of international law in Gaza.

He told the BBC there was “no justification for the withholding of essential supplies” from the people of Gaza.

His comments came amid resignations within the party over Sir Keir Starmer’s stance on the crisis.

The answer to which, is ‘fuck off.’ Israel has been attacked by a bunch of crazed terrorists, yet this fuckwit wants Israel to continue to provide succour to those terrorists and their supporters. Fuck off, indeed.

International law is a joke. It is a joke that seems to turn a blind eye to savagery on the one hand and condemn any response on the other. International law can do one, frankly. When international law is prosecuting Hamas terrorists and their supporters, I might give the matter some thought. Until, then international law is something to be treated with well deserved contempt.

  1. In international law, there is NO requirement to provide aid to civilians if there is a risk it will fall into hands of your enemy and can lengthen the war or conflict.

  2. International Law?

Has he directed any of his ire at Hamas?

Israel is doing its damnedest to try and comply, where Hamas is doing its damnedest not to.

I would rather have a world in which the Geneva and Hague conventions are followed than the alternative, but can we please put the blame where it ought to lie? That is, squarely with Hamas?

  3. Thank you. I really detest the way these whiners can’t find any law in our country to justify their nonsense, so they make up this international stuff.

    Someone should tell Egypt.

Y’know, between Yousuf and Sarwar, I’m beginning to think the Tories might still be in with a shout here in Jockland.

  5. Considering what has just happened, it makes you wonder what the hell would qualify as justification.
