Jolly Good

The evil Ash Sarkar (I’m literally a communist) got kicked out of a pub.

A journalist has claimed she and her friends were kicked out of a pub for being supporters of Palestine.

Ash Sarkar said on X (formerly Twitter) that she was in a pub with two friends, one wearing a Palestinian scarf and the other holding a flag.

She said: “Just been forced out of a pub by men threatening me and my friends with violence, and hurling abuse.

“Staff were very apologetic about it, but the fact is the media and politicians have whipped up a frenzy of hate.

There comes a time when people who openly support those who hate us are given the cold shoulder. They need a sharp reminder that they are not welcome in polite society. But I love the cognitive dissonance about stirring up hate. Just remind us, Ash, who went on a savage murder spree on October the 7th? Who has been marching for the past five weekends shouting antisemitic slogans? What the flying fuck do you thing ‘from the river to the sea’ actually means? A day trip to the seaside?

Ash Sarkar, you are a thoroughly nasty piece of human flotsam. The people who kicked you out of the pub did so because of this. I thank them for throwing out the trash.

  1. “…but the fact is the media and politicians have whipped up a frenzy of hate”

Correction: “…but the fact is the media and politicians have silently allowed a frenzy of hate to take root”. But the frenzy is on behalf of the theocratic one-party state run by gangsters.

Plus I don’t believe Ash Sharka’s politics would exempt her from ‘criticism’ if an Islamic government came to power. Communists for Palestine?

  2. I’m willing to bet this was nothing more than the pub not wanting anything to kick off in their establishment and asking them to remove the controversial items or leave. Same thing would’ve have happened if they’d been wearing Israeli flags, football shirts, etc.

  3. Muslim/Arab/Palestine/Hamas = Dead innocent people
    Jew/Zionist/Israel/IDF = Dead innocent people
Pick a side = Heartless cunt

      • No, between dead people and dead people.
Did I miss the part where one side or the other did not kill an indefensible number of innocent people?

        • Israel is fighting a defensive war. People die in wars. This is simply a fact of life. Every single dead person is the responsibility of Hamas. Don’t want dead people? Don’t start a war. Israel has no option but to do what it is doing. That or keep getting civilians brutally murdered. So they have a choice. Do nothing and take it, or take action and accept that civilians on the other side will get killed. We did it during WWII when we bombed Dresden. We were right. I am happy to take our side in that conflict, for the same reason that I take Israel’s side in this one. It doesn’t make me a heartless cunt, it just means that I don’t support murderous fascists, nor do I draw any form of equivalence between them and the people they attack.

          • Fair enough. I’m not a deep thinker and I can’t unravel the many centuries of disputes, defense, attacks, land grabs, terrorism, political stand-offs etc
Armistice Day is a sad time to reflect that peace is not, can never be and seemingly never was an option.

          • Oh, no, not another one. This is ahistorical nonsense. Israel is fighting a defensive war. There’s a huge difference. Israel is fighting by the rules of war. It does not deliberately target civilians, Hamas does. The IDF is not raping women and murdering and dismembering children. I’m not aware of the IDF roasting babies. Nor does the IDF use human shields, basing their operations under hospitals, for example. Hamas does.

There’s a huge fucking difference. A chasm of difference that is obvious to anyone who has observed the history of the conflict. Israel is a peaceful nation. Time after time, the Israelis have offered land for peace and time after time, they have been rebuffed. It has never started a war, but it has finished them. What do you think they should do? Roll over and take it?

Don’t tell me that there’s no difference, because it is patently false.

        • In any war – and if you want to use that word it implies that there are to be certain rules – there will be innocents killed.

Which side is trying to avoid this as far as is practical?

      • As a general rule, have some grasp of the subject matter before making a comment. It is better to be thought a fool and say nothing rather than speak and prove it.
