Jail Them

Much as I dislike politicians, I detest eco creeps even more. The current plan goes way beyond reasonable protest – as if they haven’t crossed that line already.

Militant Just Stop Oil activists have circulated a sinister manual to help protesters track down and occupy politicians’ homes.

In a disturbing new tactic, it recommends studying photos of MPs clapping for carers during Covid for clues to their addresses.

Last week Ministers urged police to take robust action against eco-zealots after The Mail on Sunday revealed they are plotting to target politicians’ offices and homes ahead of the General Election.

Now, amid widespread concern over the growing threat of political violence, details of the intimidation campaign have been uncovered by this newspaper.

‘If your climate criminal was a politician there’s a good chance they posted a photo of themselves clapping in front of their house,’ says the manual. ‘Try a Google search or trawling through their social media during that period.’

The nature of a politician’s work, means that they are in the public domain and cannot expect the same level of privacy that we all take for granted. However, these scumbags invading their homes is way beyond protest. It is terrorism and no one should have to endure it. It really is time that these people were treated as the terrorists they are and when prosecuted are sent to jail for a long time.

It is unclear whether the activists intend to get inside MPs’ houses or instead lay siege to them.

It doesn’t matter. No one should have to endure such behaviour. What has it come to when I side with politicians?

  1. I’m in two minds about this.

Don’t get me wrong, if it was up to me, these green nazis would get 20 years hard labour – that is to say I set up a “devil’s island” somewhere and send them there.

For them to live without oil or any of the other taken for granted conveniences so basic to our continued existence that they have simply disappeared from the collective consciousness.

But if ANYBODY should be allowed to suffer from their depredations, surely it is the political class that unleashed them – refuses to do anything about then that is.

If the political cliques are going to be seriously targeted, look very carefully at one they do. Bring in a new crime of targeting politicians probably. After all, in blocking roads and inconveniencing the general population, the green scum is doing exactly what is intended.

      • Me too, but the eco scum simply wouldn’t exist if the political class hadn’t decided they were of use in their infantile fantasies.

        Similarly islamofilth.

    • “…set up a “devil’s island” somewhere and send them there.”

I’m not sure you need to do that. Set up an oil free commune somewhere and a lot of them would be stupid enough to go there of their own accord. I give most of them a couple of hours without their phones before they are begging to be allowed to leave. Sorry folks, you willingly signed up for six months remember?

  2. Politicians are now bleating about the dangerous environment they are now in. I’d have sympathy for them except for the fact that they have let these vermin enter our country en-masse, having done anything to prevent them coming and once here made no effort to deport them. Same with weak sentencing for criminals leaving the general public at risk from repeat offenders.

  3. The eco types have picked up on the effectiveness of intimidating politicians surprisingly soon after the Islamists demonstrated it. You’d almost think they were being directed, rather than being the decentralised popular movement they claim.

  4. I’m torn as well. Politicians need to be confronted with the direct consequences of their actions. They are quite happy to have the police actually assisting JSO in disrupting the lives of ordinary folk. I despise both lots, could we round them all up and have cage fights?

  5. Okay, the issue here for me isn’t that politicians may be on the rough end of policies they’ve enacted, it’s that these creeps are planning to invade private property. That the property belongs to politicians is moot, it’s that it’s private that matters and that is not legitimate protest. How long before they invade ordinary peoples homes because there’s an SUV parked outside? Bear in mind they have already resorted to vandalising such vehicles. These people need stamping on good and hard before it gets any more out of control than it already is.

  6. Yes it is way beyond protest and they deserve to be punished accordingly, but like others on here, I have little sympathy for the politicians, as they caused this problem themselves.
They’re currently whining about threats to them from various angles, but it’s they themsleves that created the environment for it and they never did a thing to help when it was just the little people being targeted

  7. We can hate both in relevant proportions. TBH I hate politicians more and now they will understand what it is like to be targeted the issue may get some attention.

So fuck em. I don’t care.

  8. On how I would laugh if the addresses of these numpties were also made public. Having a group of people waving banners with “Let’s keep oil”, or something similar, outside their homes, preventing access or egress may make them concentrate their tiny minds somrwhat. Plus, the fun they will have of cleaning sprayed oil or paint from their homes, would keep me entertained for hours. The fact that no one is giving these people the same levels of ‘courtesy’ that they are the general public, is yet another incentive for them to carry on. Someone must know where they live?

  9. “These people need stamping on good and hard…”

If I caught them vandalising my car they would be, quite literally.
