They Already Do

The vile, thieving scum that are labour want to steal even more from other people. Apparently Amazon, Vodafone and  Starbucks are not “paying their fair  share”.  For God’s sake are these charlatans still banging this drum?

Yes, they do. They pay what the law demands. If you want them to pay more, change the law, but good luck with that, because you will have to contend with the EU.

There is no such thing a “fair share”. There is what the law demands. That’s it. End of. And, if they do succeed in forcing large organisations to pay more, where do they think that will end up? Yup, we will pay it. Corporations do not pay tax, people do. In this case, the consumers. But that won’t let the evil, spiteful excrescence that is the Labour party ease up in its desire to steal more and more from us.

Interestingly, the Torygraph notes that most of us don’t care about the issue and challenges the thieves to let us decide.

If Mr McDonnell and Mr Corbyn truly believe in their argument, truly believe that the British people are outraged by the conduct of the companies they name, they wouldn’t be promising tax changes, aggressive or otherwise. They’d simply make their case about the tax affairs of those companies the public, and let the people vote with their wallets.

Starbucks, Vodafone, Amazon and Google all exist for one reason: people buy what they’re selling. They don’t have to buy those things. They chose to do so.

Quite so. I will actively support such organisations. They need to vigorously resist any and all attempts to shame them into paying more money to the avaricious state. Their duty is to their shareholders and clients, not the state. They pay what the law demands. This is sufficient. That the idiot McDonnell says this is “unacceptable” is neither here nor there. What is unacceptable is creatures like him thinking that other people’s money is any of his business. The man is a thief, a brigand, a vile, contemptible pickpocket and we should treat him and his “new politics” as precisely that. New politics my arse. It’s as old as the Himalayas.

Apparently, Karl Marx is back in  fashion. Among a subset of idiots who support this lunacy, maybe. The rest of the country is recoiling in horror. The morons who support the new politics – i.e. the same politics with a lick of paint – are confusing a few thousand idiotic authoritarian scumbags with the voting public at large.

Scum, the lot of them.

  1. John McDonnell is a complete hypocrite. When he talks about “fair share” and then starts spouting off about increasing NI by 7%, he makes my blood boil. What on earth is “fair share about a combined tax and NI rate of 60% for people making just £50k a year?

That’s more than HALF, and you know he’s just going to piss the money away…

  2. Any argument that relies on the concept of “fairness” automatically isn’t, as people define fairness to suit themselves.
