Inappropriate! Disgusting!

Oh, the censorious, humourless snowflake generation and its lack of humour.

Comedian Rosie Jones shocked viewers of The Last Leg after making a “disgusting” joke about Greta Thunberg.

While appearing on the New Year’s Eve edition of the Channel 4 comedy series, Jones remarked that while she admired Thunberg’s activism, the 16-year-old should be participating in more age-appropriate activity.

“I think Greta’s amazing and what she’s doing is brilliant, but don’t do it now,” Jones said. “She needs to live a little.”

“She’s only 16,” she continued. “She should be doing two things: drinking Lambrini and getting fingered.”

On Twitter, the joke received a mixed response.

Ah, yes, Twitter – the home of morons.

So was it so outrageous? For those who have experienced life outside of the woke fatuousness and Twitter, nah. It was effectively saying that she should concentrate on being a teenager in a humorous manner. Personally, I found it pretty mild. But not for the wankers on Twitter who don’t appear to have an original thought between them. No, they are doing what they always do – they jump on a bandwagon to express their disgust and to signal their virtue and in the process tell us precisely who to avoid.

Mary Whitehouse would have been proud.

Oh, and this is why I avoid Twitter like the cancer that it is.

  1. She has become almost godly to her followers. No criticism allowed ,like a cult.
It’s very clever to have a spokesperson with autism because if you attack her it appears mean.

  2. It’s a more interesting story than you think this! The only reasons Rosie Jones hasn’t lost her job are 1/ She is female 2/ She has Cerebral Palsy

I actually find her by BBC standards not unfunny. Given the coming regime, with Thunberg as it’s leader, will she survive the backlash?
