What about our human rights?
An ISIS fanatic who MI5 warns poses a terror threat to Britain has been granted the right to live in the UK after sneaking into the country illegally, the MoS can reveal.
Judges have ruled that the Sudanese man can remain here on human rights grounds, despite evidence from the Security Services that he may be a danger and might encourage other extremists to launch attacks in the UK.
The judges’ ruling was based on the risk that if he was sent back to Sudan, he might be detained and tortured.
The decision was made despite the court hearing that the man – who, by law, we are only allowed to know as ‘S3’ – first entered Britain illegally 18 years ago and was granted asylum, before travelling regularly between this country and Sudan without any issues.
That I am angry about this goes without saying. Frankly, there’s not much to say. Our system is broken. The enemy aren’t at the gates, nor are they marching up Whitehall, they are in Whitehall and on the benches of our courts.
Speechless.
Justice is supposed to be blind, not stupid.

A problem that people all too often forget is that refugees – genuine ones – are all too often people who have made their own countries too hot for themselves. For instance the Great Train Robbers fled this country in fear of arrest and imprisonment.
To a leftist, this gets taken to the extreme. The mere fact of being a refugee makes someone a member of an oppressed class and automatically absolves them of all guilt for anything.
I am reminded of our beloved High Court which freed from detention the Afghan guilty of raping a ten year old boy.
Of course it would be wicked to just send him back to Afghanistan.
The nation is being destroyed from the inside by the very people who are supposed to protect it.
These scum should just be put down.
