Andrew Neil

I once admired this man, but this proves that even he is a moron when faced with the latest tyranny.

There are still 5 million unvaccinated British adults, who through fear, ignorance, irresponsibility or sheer stupidity refuse to be jabbed. In doing so they endanger not just themselves but the rest of us.

So, the same old trope. The same lack of critical thinking. The same demonisation. Nowhere does he acknowledge that we have a lack of long term data and that this is a justified reason for declining. Nowhere does he acknowledge that as the disease grows milder, that spread is a good thing as it allows natural immunity to develop. No, we must punish people who are no risk to anyone else. If he is so satisfied that the vaccine works, why is he worried about someone who is not vaccinated? He is protected if the unclean get near him. Given that the vaccine merely mitigates symptoms, it doesn’t make any difference and there is no evidence whatsoever that someone who is unvaccinated is going to infect him more than someone who is because they are neither more nor less likely to be carrying it than anyone else.

If they contract Covid, it is they who will put the biggest strain on the NHS, denying the rest of us with serious non-Covid ailments the treatment that is our right. We are all paying a heavy price for this hard core of the unvaccinated.

Bollocks. The vast majority of people who contracted this disease did not end up in hospital. The “overwhelmed NHS” is like that every winter and it is nothing to do with covid and everything to do with piss-poor management.

As long as they can be numbered in the millions, the nation will remain unnecessarily vulnerable to the latest variant, meaning more lockdowns, more restrictions on our lives, more lost jobs, more failing business, less economic growth — all of which will follow the Government’s introduction of its so-called Plan B of enhanced restrictions this week.

Bollocks. Utter, utter, utter, hard-of-thinking bollocks. See Sweden or Florida for example. We only have these insane rules because of insane governance. Not because of the virus and not because of those who have declined a medical procedure.

But for the rest it is simply selfish not to be vaccinated. We all have a responsibility to act in ways that don’t just protect our own health but also that of others.

No, it isn’t and by not being vaccinated I am in no way putting other people’s health at risk. What utter cockrot. My not being vaccinated is of no concern to anyone. The only person I’m putting at risk is me.

I am not, however, in favour of compulsory vaccination…

Oh, how magnanimous of you. You are just in favour of blatant bullying and coercion. The difference is fag paper thick – and thick is the best term to describe this obnoxious man.

So, Andrew Neil is another one off my watch list.

  1. In a discussion with a friend who insisted that vaccinations should be compulsory, I poured some liquid from a small bottle I was carrying, and asked him to drink it.
    He: “What’s in it?”
Me: Something that will make you feel better.”
    He: “But what is it?”
Me: “I will tell you what it is in 55 years time and, if you have an adverse reaction, I am not legally responsible. However, you can trust me it will make you feel better.”
He wouldn’t drink it (it was only water), though still couldn’t see the connection between his refusal to drink something he had no idea what it was, and the refusal of people to be vaccinated with a unknown chemical.
    Some people are really weird.

  2. There is a darkness that stalks the land. An iron curtain of authoritarianism. A move towards mass formation and the demonisation of “the other”. While COVID might be the proximate cause, this has been developing over the years.
Andrew Neil has fallen to the falsehoods being put forward all around us. It is probably, as Orwell noted, only a matter of time before the numbers of refuseniks is such that, as with Australia, they can be sent to concentration camps.
And like 1984, we are being bombarded with talk of “wars”, “fights”, a perfidious enemy and the like.
I honestly never thought I’d be living through what has happened since 2019.

    • I’m wondering about the idea that the number of ‘refuseniks’ is being whittled away. Sure, the Prison Towns are being built, with a possible combined capacity of 10,000, but I look at the data for ‘vaccinations’. Some 51m people have had the first dose, but 46m the second…a drop of 5m. Then there’s been about 20m booster shots, and the CEO of Pfizer is suggesting a 2nd booster will be necessary. It looks to me like the jabbing program is floundering. There seems a diminishing appetite for it all, and if they can’t persuade the people that the Moronic Variant is a killer, pretty soon there’s going to be a majority that will be regarded as ‘Unvaccinated’.

      • I know of at least 3 people in my immediate family and social circle who had the 2 initial jabs but are refusing to to have any boosters, and I’ve not asked many. Its the old saying ‘Men go mad in crowds but come to their senses one by one’, I’m heartened by the number of backsliders, as the boosters come and go the take up will be less and less, and the ranks of the deplorables will swell and swell. OK they won’t be all purebloods, but as far as the State and the vaccine maniacs are concerned they’ll be one and the same, so we must welcome such people like sinners repenting.

  3. Wonder how long it will take for “not in favour of compulsory vaccination” to turn into “compulsory vaccination is the only way we can all be safe”, given that the numbers are not going to change markedly?

  4. It’s worth adding that when cretins like Neil accuse refuseniks of being selfish, they display staggering lack of self awareness. We are supposed to comply so that they can feel safe. Monstrous behaviour and attitude. It makes me all the more determined.

  5. Disappointed here too.
He cites positive cases in France v UK in his rant at JHB.
In the last 7 days they have had 289,011 new cases versus 336,783 in the UK, but he neglects to say we carry out 3.1 million tests a week MORE than the French. So 70% more testing with just 16% more cases.

Also, “Covid cases rising used to result in huge increases in hospitalisations and deaths. Now they don’t. Other than vaccines, what’s your explanation?” is also
nonsense as many of those liable to succumb to covid did so the first time around,
so there will be fewer at risk subsequently, plus the facts that many many more
people now have NATURAL immunity and that a virus will generally be milder
    with each mutation.
As with Boris (I used to think he was a smart man pretending to be a buffoon but now shown to just be a buffoon), Andrew Neil is another let down.

  6. Dear Mr Longrider

A handy list of pandemic death tolls is available here:

    https://www.visualcapitalist.com/history-of-pandemics-deadliest/

Hong Kong flu in 1968/9 had a death toll of about a million as did the Asian flu of 1957/8. The world population in those times was less than half today’s. It would be interesting to compare the covid death toll after applying the same diagnostic protocols applicable then: I suspect that it would be severely reduced, possibly by as much as 50%, which would place this event on a par with the Asian and Hong Kong flus. I was in my first year at university in 1968. I didn’t notice the flu; I was not aware of anyone who was worried by it.

Week 47 deaths by age group show a noticeable drop. Doubtless this will be credited to the ‘vaccines’.

    https://www.flickr.com/photos/189200946@N04/51736420743/in/dateposted-public/

The other 7 new graphs in the photostream show those under 45 are at little risk from covid, though extra deaths in the Under 1, 15-44 and 45-64 year age groups continue to creep up.

Dr Sam White and his court case are covered on The Conservative Woman:

    https://www.conservativewoman.co.uk/three-cheers-for-dr-sam-and-a-judge-who-backs-free-speech/

“He said: ‘The outcomes for myocarditis are not “mild”, as the government like to tell us. It’s a condition that has a 50 per cent mortality rate after five years and 20 per cent after one year. It is extremely serious. It can kill and is a problem for healthy young men who get the vaccine who are at virtually no risk from Covid.”

According to ONS data for England and Wales, total deaths with covid in the 0-19 years age group for 2020-21 to week 47 is just 76 (seventy six).

Injecting experimental substances into children is, in my view, a monstrous crime against humanity. They are being treated as guinea-pigs.

    DP

    • Refusing to treat positive patients at risk with HCQ/Azythromycin or ivermectin should also put Johnson and co in the dock for crimes against humanity as it can reasonably be said that it would have saved 10s of 1000s.

The truth takes a lot longer to come out than next day’s headlines but it always does in the end, so there is hope.

  7. So, following his logic, any smoker should be refused treatment, anybody in a car accident left on their own devices, anybody injured playing sport, ditto, same for the overweight, etc, ad nauseam…

Notwithstanding the fact that “the NHS under strain by unvaccinated” is a bare faced lie.

Very disappointing to hear that from AN, I thought he was smarter than that.

  8. Do you think that he actually believes the stuff he writes? I suppose it’s possible but more likely that he is capable of writing cack to order. I couldn’t do it, write stuff that I know to be untrue, it goes completely against my nature.

  9. Andrew Neil, in my opinion, has always been a pompous twat. I thought he was redeeming himself with GB News. However he tried to fuck that up and when found out threw his toys out of his pram. GB News is far better without him with Farage, Brazier, and Wootton.

  10. People forget there were around five years of anti Jewish legislation before they started moving them en masse in the Nazi empire. I have a horrible feeling these guys are working to a long timescale. Just saw the first trials of the ‘digital vaccine passport’ at Heathrow today. No doubt the advocates of the Great Reset are seeing some Setbacks but concentration camps have been established in Australia and NZ. Overall from their perspective it is going well. For us, these are the darkest times in human history. Hard to Keep hope at the moment!

  11. Some of his hair transplant cords were mistakenly inserted upside down. Now the growing hair is entering his brain and corrupting his logical thinking and self awareness centres.
Have you a better explanation / excuse?

  12. I work in care, we all had to have covid jabs or loose our jobs. But as no mention about booster jabs, most haven’t had them. Those that are intending to get them are, like myself, waiting till there is a bigger gap between the jabs. The problem is having the jabs has not changed any of the restrictions on us at work. Therefore where is the point.

  13. Mask watch.
I’ve just been to the chippy and, for the first time in ages, masks were in the minority. Eight people in there, one with paper disposable mask, one with a scarf over his mouth, everyone else unmasked. Behind the counter maybe six or seven staff running around busily, only one mask.

    • Tesco in Wales this evening.

      About 15-20% unmasked.
Not as reassuring, but headed in the right direction.
